I have 92 jeep wrangler 2.5L with about 175000 and last couple weeks ive noticed a high pitched noise coming from the engine compartment after driving speeds of 35mph+. It only does it after driving that fast and i slow down to speeds of 20 mph or slower even at idle. It also idles high when it does it. I have a manual transmission so anytime the clutch is in or in neutral it does it after driving the 35mph +. Ive tried replacing the iac valve throttle position sensor cleaned the trottle plate and replaced the water pump and timing chain. Still no solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm? If this only does this when pushing the clutch the throw-out bearing could be the cause. Most growl vs the high pitched noise but they didn't ask me how to make noise,

But it does it when in neutral too like out of gear with the clutch out and even sometimes when it its in low gears going any where from 0 to 20 mph

When you have your foot off the clutch the throw-out bearing is static (just sitting there in wait) and when in neutral with foot off clutch the main shaft of trans is spinning at engine speed. There's a pilot bushing that would be more likely to make a noise as described but should be markedly worse in neutral, sitting still with foot off clutch. That historically is just a bronze bushing to center the transmission's splined input shaft from engine/pressure plate and clutch. None of the timing of the noise is adding up yet. May be something not isolated yet and a mechanics stethoscope or listening rod (careful of moving parts!) would help locate source of noise,
