2002 Toyota sequoia 4.7l v8 154,000 miles Hi guys new on here and need help. My sequoia seems to have an engine rattle only when my gas pedal is in a certain position. I have no clue how to fix it or what it even is. Any body heard of this problem before?

Have you attempted to pinpoint the location of the noise? We can't hear your noise and be there to isolate it, so it is up to you to locate it or have your mechanic check it out. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Broken Cat is a possibility but Like DS said, somebody needs to pinpoint it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
