It also happens while I am driving. If I have my heat or air running it just gets louder and faster. The noise seems to be worse at high rpm's and when the rpm's go down the squealing goes away. If not tight enough the alternator may be slipping trying to charge the battery after a start up and keeping up with the blower for heat or air.
