I have a 98 S-10 4x4 with a 4.3 v6, auto trans and it is making this horible clicking noise that seems to be under my feet on the driver side, it happens over bumps at low speeds, and its not a cv joint click its more of a tinny click. does anyone have an idea on what this could be.. please help if you can. its driving me nuts

If you are pretty sure it's not CV joint, wheel bearing, or brake then move on to checking things like U-joints, stabilizer pins, mountings for shocks, torsion bar, body bushings, exhaust parts loose. Sometimes a rubber hammer tapping on things will surface something that you can't just see,
