97 Ford making tingy noise

Right as I push on or let off the accelerator, my 97 Ford explorer is making a tinging noise. At high speeds that tingy noise turns into a vibration. But like I say, it only occurs right after I press on the accelerator or right as I am about to let off. Any help?
