95 accord makes wierd noise when turning or hitting a bump

hello, my 95 honda accord makes a wierd noise when it turns left or when it hits a bump on the road. i noticed that there is a bolt near the front left tire that seems to be missing a rubber bushing. unfortunately, i don't know the name of that part. i have attached a photo of the said bolt.

It appears to be a sway bar type item but not sure of an exact name. Parts store should have a diagram you can see and I would replace that whole part not just get rubber bushings for it. There may be a kit but the bolt looks like it's been worn so it should go,
