A noise aggrevated by a bump suggests more to do with the strut than bearing, brake, or CV joint issues. Any and everything front end should be checked and rechecked till this is found. The noise aggrevated by extreme turns does suggest CV joint problems and hard to see or feel while in place on the car.
For those - they will frequently give you regular clucks, crackles when turning AND accellerating. Other items can do that too like the bearing you said you just replaced. It's hard to believe a new one(s) would have same bad character as an old one though. They can be faulty out of the box. Tie rods or a lower joint or bushing might allow motion out of spec causing the noise also. It means checking it all, all over if need be,
