I took apart the starter and found a broken starter lever and bought and replaced it for $14 from my Hyundai dealer. Once i reinstalled it the car started about 1/3 of the time. I figured it needed additional cleaning & greasing so I took it apart again. The lever is still intact and in place. I put it back in again and now the starter just spins not engaging the flywheel. I removed it from the engine and took the above video. any thoughts? I found out when I rebuilt it I didn't put in the lever stop(thought it was a piece of the broken starter lever) Put in the lever stop and it worked.
