I was driving at about 60 miles an hour today and it sounded like a rock hit the undercarriage of the car. Now when I turn left, the front driver's side tire makes a creaking noise. Is this wheelbearing, cv joint, etc.? Could a rock have damaged in that much? It was not making any noises prior to this. Is not the brakes. Thank you!

Can't know what physical damage may have occurred without a good look. There's unlimited types of road debris of course and unlimited things that could be harmed/damaged. Most are out of harm's way by designs of vehicles but who knows what type of thing MAY have been involved? Hey - it could even be something that failed from your own vehicle not something hit on the road - just need to begin checking it all out - best up in the air when you can see more clearly what might have happened, T
