Wheels is locking up

So I have a 1999 ford escort zx2 it has the 2.0 i4 doc engine with the 5 speed tranny with 192k miles. The front passenger side wheel has been locking up and getting really hot due to the friction. I figured the caliper was shot so I bought all new pad rotors and a new caliper. After I put them on I realized that the caliper was still locking up. When we bled the brakes it would lock up and when the bleeder screw was opened the pads would un freeze. I've traced the brake line to check for and kinks and all seems to be in order. All the other brakes work fine

Replace the rubber flex line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Do both- if one does that other probably not far behind and enough miles to do a brake job totally up if not done a couple times by those miles, T

The reason the hose needs to be replaced is because the inner liner of the hose has came apart and is acting as a check valve not allowing the pressure to bleed back. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Your description was spot on for what it does. Just toss them both sides front more happens more than any rears but consider that too if one or two used for rears, T
