I have a 1995 GMC Jimmy V6 4WD
My ABS Light is on and none of the local auto parts stores have a diagnostic tool to read the codes.
Does anyone have any idea how I can go about extracting the ABS Codes for my vehicle?

a 1995 Might be an OBD1 system - so long ago I cannot remember - 5iimutes and a paperclip to check it out...
otherwise it will need appropriate tech1 as mentioned
STEP 1
Need to confirm this is OBD1 and NOT the dreaded OBD 1.5...
try jumping th A to B terminals of the ALDL - any codes will flash. if yes then record then and try step 2
STEP 2 jump the A to H terminal of the ALDL - takes a moment to begin sequence -then count the ABS light flashes same as ck eng light codes ...and post info...

Some had PCMs and some had VCMs. If it has a VCM, a scan tool is the only way.
If it happens to have a PCM, you can get flash codes.
Ground terminal "H" to terminal "A" of the DLC, and counting the Anti-Lock lamp flashes. The terminals must be jumped for a few seconds before the diagnostic trouble codes will begin to flash. The "ANTILOCK" lamp displays DTCs similar to the malfunction indicator lamp for the fuel and emissions system.

That means you're back to square one and will have to find the right equipment.

did you even try the suggestions? Alot faster to have done that than playiing with pictures..
does the ALDL look like Hammertimes diagram?

No, he's going to have an OBD2 connector.

OK - and the picture you took time to send? - the suggestion to use a paper clip-
instead playing with downloads etc was easier than - not the ALDL in vehicle?
