My 2007 Chevy 1500 LT's wheels lock up after driving for a min. It has gotten progressively worse. I can hear the engine straining after they lock up and the truck begins to slow. Any suggestions as to what's causing this?? Thanks!

Not sure where to begin with this. ONE minute isn't long of course but if enough and you mean brakes are dragging or feel that way need to know some more info. Any recent work and what? Careful but feel for a warm wheel vs another wheel. For this I was thinking something frozen on one wheel not usually two at a time could be a frozen caliper, flex hoses go to each wheel and can not release pressure and the warmer they get the more that one would drag. A parking brake issue perhaps that doesn't fully release? No harm in getting codes read and post an #s if any. Can you hoist entire truck safely and remove all wheels for inspection? With that you could spin each wheel (off and in neutral) inspect wear is equal side to side on brake pads (must be disc rear brakes) and look for clues. This might not be a brake issue at all so let the investigating begin, T
