We just bought a 1995 VW cabriolet convertable. We love the car but wish it had a glove compartment. Can one be installed and how difficult would it be?

I would say, that is about as impossible as it gets. The dash pad is made of molded foam and once it is blown into shape and configuration, it can't be changed.
