Looks like it will need some sanding and refinishing. They will have to do some blending on the paint. It's not real serious but will still run you a couple hundred dollars

A couple hundred would be nice, I backed into this with my truck today truck bearly has a scratch but this little Mazda didn't take it so well. Something I am worried about is a took some paint off the plastic rear bumper along with the metal. Can the plastic be repainted or will the body shop want to replace it?

They should be able to paint that but it will require special paint.
