Hello, so I banged up my grill and bumper on my 2015 Chevy Silverado pretty bad. Long story short with complications with a insurance it's not covered. It simply looks terrible but I am not in position to replace the grill and the bumper both at this point. The bumper looks the worst . Could I simply replace the bumper... even though the grill looks like it's been a little damaged? I watched a few YouTube videos and looks like like I have to take grill off to get to bumper. Do I have buy all the brackets too? Or can I just use the ones? Any help is appreciated. I am just wondering if I can just order an new bumper and only replace that.

I think you are going to be in for a big surprise when a professional removes the bumper. Damage always looks mild from the outside but you will likely find serious damage under the bumper. My shop does body work and nearly always finds thousands of dollars in additional damage when the bumper is removed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

you will really not know for sure until you remove it... no getting around that, everything else is a guess.
