The one that is NOT aftermarket. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Joe - Seriously! What the heck is this vehicle? It will all matter, left or right inside or outside and possibly a trim package. Aftermarket is available for VERY popular vehicles but you wont even find new with that description, T

Extended cab rear door handle right hand side. What would you get other than a GM part? There must be one works well.

No, the GM part is the only reliable part.

Still haven't said what model or interior or exterior handle you are going to have a problem. Get the dang OE, GM one and be done with it. It absolutely will fit better/perfectly and last. The aftermarket stinks with this crap - got the t-shirt. Just watch out even at a dealer it's a real GM part as they may hand you an aftermarket job! T

Package should use GM logo. Either could be made in China and probably are but not the same. Exterior! If handle is body color painted either will come just black. Your call if so - great paint job would cost more than you'll like - lots more, T
