97 dodge 1500 4x4 roar and vibration starting at 40 mph. Have checked all ujoints replaced where needed. Changed front wheel brg on right side. Put on dyno and got no vibration.

From one old buzzard to another; Wink Since it didn't show the problem on the dyno, I'd have to assume that the culprit is in the front end. Have you checked the u-joints on the front drive axles? Wheel balance? (although that wouldn't cause a roar)

The "roar" has me confused - nothing new with that! Could this possibly be a fan clutch issue??
