Check for power on the tan wire with the lights on. If no power found, trace it back to the dimmer switch. If the wire has power, then it has to be a ground problem at the lights. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
