Hey, I just wanted to let anyone looking to import a car should check out www.japanautodirect.com These guys helped me import my 1991 GT-R to Edmonton, Canada. They helped me figure out all the costs and fees before hand and went to auction for me to source out my car. With the money I saved by importing myself, I have been adding tons of aftermarket parts. These dealers in Alberta have been seling these things for 15-20,000 grand...I paid less than 10 grand after landing it and fees. I have been happy with my decision since. Check these guys out if you want to get a good car!! Regards, keith

This seems strange to me..Did Japan do the drive conversion for you champ? As the Japanese drive on the same side as Australia, THE RIGHT SIDE (Left Lane on road). So did they convert to LEFT SIDE (right lane) for you or are you driving as normal???

I am glad your experience was positive. I bought a car from Anton Cavka (the owner) and very little of the flowery Ad or pictures were what it seems. The entire trunk of what I got was rusted through. I got pictures sent to me of a beautiful carpeted trunk. The car was in both a front & rear collision. Only the front was mentioned to me. I would never reccomend using this company at all. There are better & more responsible vendors out there.
