This says (links removed - not allowed) Penn College of Tech in Williamsport ranks really well. Can someone confirm it?

Link removed as not allowed. Well rated or not a school is greatly what you make of it. Ask around what the shops think of techs that have finished that program for their thoughts on the place, T

Check out Rosedale Tech. When you get to the electronics you would have Paul Danner as an instructor, AKA ScannerDanner on YouTube. From what I've seen in the videos of his the school is set up quite well to teach you what you need to know.
