2002 Nissan Maxima SE 3.5 L, 6 speed standard transmission 190,000 km recently replaced clutch myself running well except Occasionally when I attempt to start it everything is dead. Rocking it or rolling it and popping the clutch brings it back to life and it starts normally. Clock resets to 1:00 and odometer trips A and B reset to 0.

Replacing clutch is "invasive" surgery so 1st thing is recheck everything you touched to do it. With "everything" going dead as you said you probably have a very weak or missed the main ground to engine block or any near it. They are placed all over vehicles. Other could be just a goof - of course you would have disconnected battery so make sure those right there are intact, clean and tight, T

It's pretty apparent that you are temporarily losing power so you have a bad connection somewhere in power supply. As Tom advised, check and clean all you battery connections and feeds to the fuse box. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
