Brake rotor difference

Ok guys, I got a 1992 Chevy G20 Sportvan Conversion, 5.7L. I bought rotors for it online about 6 months ago, so no chance of return. Just now getting them installed. So the new ones have an "exciter ring" around the bearing housing area where the old ones do not. I'm assuming this is for ABS or something similar. Everything else seems exactly the same. My question is...will these work? It looks like the new ones will go on with no problems...as in, nothing hitting the extra ring. I appreciate your input.

Yes, that should be no problem. It would only be a problem if you needed one and it wasn't there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Thanks for your quick reply. That's what I was thinking, just wanted a second opinion.
