I am having a dilema. when driving the steering shimmies at times... I got the tires balanced now a little better but it still does it...someone told me to get shocks the other said tires. it does not do it all the time. does not matter if i hit a pot hole or smooth road it still does it....any advice??

For sure make sure car is safe.
My guess is a bad tire and they need be removed to really know,
