o7 F250 Injector question
I have a 2007 F250 FX4 with a 6.0 Powerstroke diesel. I recently had to have 2 fuel injectors and the FICM replaced. Should I be worried about the remaining injectors going bad any time soon? What would cause them to go bad in the first place? Low fuel pressure? (just removed a hyperlink)

yes the other injectors will go bad 6.0L are just pure junk.. There are tons of common problems with 6.0L diesel i see on regular basis High pressure oil pumps High pressure fuel pumps EGR coolers Catalysis converters head gaskets turbo's FICM's Injectors Oil coolers Also seen about 6 self destruct... we replaced a engine few months ago in a 06 350 dually king ranch $21,000+ CAN all said and done Those are just the major things that cost over $1000 a visit each.. I recommend selling it while it still runs. Get 03 7.3L diesel .. newer 6.4L are reliable but pig on fuel.. New 6.7L scorpion diesel's seem to be holding up well so far..

yes they can go bad its all caused by water in fuel keep your fuel filters changed and be sure to drain your water plug on the fule filter rail.

true for all diesels, but they are common for failing electrically in this particular engine.

Please read the forum rules first. You are posting your own problem not only on someone elses thread but one that has been dead for a few years. Every time a post is made to a thread, an e-mail gets sent to everyone who ever posted to that thread. For someone who hasn't posted in a while it is a mere annoyance, to those of us on here a lot it crams the inbox. Gets old quick. I'm going to lock this thread now. Please create your own thread for this and we can address your question for you.
