I have a 1980 ford f150 4wd w/a 351m v-8 thats been sitting for 1.5 years.Milage is approx 60,000 on this motor. It ran fine when I parked it. Just put a new battery in it and it turns over good but throttle is stuck on carb body. I can't get anything to move, including the accellerator pedal. Truck will start but runs extreamly rough.

You'll have a lot to do after sitting for 1.5 years and sounds like not garaged. Use some PB on where throttle pivots and carefully work them free. Open choke and hit inside and outside. It should free up. DON'T FORCE IT OR BRASS ROD WILL BREAK that holds the plates. Then go for WD-40 till it's nice and free. Now have a few fuel filters, carb cleaner and try it. It may run rough, running at all is good for now. Decide if you want to dump that gas as that's pretty old if it wasn't stabilized, T
