I have a Chevrolet s10 pickup truck with a 4.3 liter engine that has been in storage for 10 years. We got it out of storage and fixed it up a little and got it ready for the road. It ran great for the first month. Now it idles and the engine loops in till it shuts off. We replaced the fuel filter and the throttle positioning sensor with no luck. I get good spark and the distributor cap seems to be good. We're running out of ideas and we need some help. I am I college student and my budget is low so I can't afford to keep replacing unnecessary parts. Thanks for the time and any help you can give on this matter.

Did you drain the fuel out of it and put fresh fuel in before starting it? If not i bet thats your problem. -------------------------------------------------------- Your only as good as your tools!
