2003 chevy silverado 1/2 ton 4x4 not sure of the engine size, I think it is the smaller one they made at that time.

I have a p0171 code I know it says oxy. sensor but what else do I need to look at for this problem? Also the change oil light came on I serviced the oil and filter but I cant get the light to go off. Any help wold greatly be appriciated. Thanks.

For the oil change reminder, turn the key on and stomp the gas pedal to the floor and back 3 times withing 5 seconds. The light should flash to tell you it's cleared. If not repeat.
The PO171 is a lean code. You need to find out if the system is really running lean and why.
