Truck just died while driving Sign In

I have a 98 GMC Sierra and got in it the other day to move it, it went a few feet and died, nothing works, no power, no lights, no nothing. Battery checks out good, alternator, starter, fuse panel, all checks out good, it's like it was just unplugged. Can't find any loose wires or hoses either. The strange thing is the interior dimmer relay buzzes whether the key is in or out when in the off position, but if I turn the key it stops. Any clues?

Do you have a volt meter?

YES! truck is still dead, no power, no nothing. Went to GM and took the interior dimmer relay and asked them about it, the guy in parts had no clue, just told me the part number was 15150325. However, the parts guy pulled up a forum with someone having the problem on a van where the dimmer relay was buzzing, but replacing it didn't solve the problem. Not sure the dimmer relay is causing the truck to be totally dead either. Like I said, started it up to move it, and went a few feet and everything went dead.

The dimmer relay chattering is an effect of low voltage.

With the ignition turned on, what is the voltage at the fuse box under the hood were the battery cable connects?
