Honda or Toyota are very reliable. That's if they aren't all riced or ragged out.

Had two LOFs Civics in the shop today. One is a 99 Civic hatch manual that was clean as could be and running like it came off the show room floor. The other is an 89 Civic hatch 1.5L manual, no PS that is in amazing shape and well taken care of. It has over 250K on the odo. It seems when something does go wrong on them, it is usually easy to fix. They get good gas mileage and pretty much as reliable as you can get.

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
