FRONT BUMPER POPPED OUT 2007 ALTIMA

While learning to drive earlier I accidentally drove my brother's car into a slight ditch. Damage is very minimal, however on the right side of his front bumper/fender, right under the headlight, it is about an inch or so popped out.
I feel absolutely terrible and he's worried about having to replace the fender or something of the sort. The car will most likely be taken to be repaired at a Nissan service center.
My question is how bad is this damage really, what the repair will entail, and about how much will it cost?

I don't know how you would expect us to know how much damage has been done. You just need to go get a couple of estimates.
