How to self adhesive fabric to car ceiling?

Hello

I am looking for something like a sheet or fabric to cover the ceiling in my car as previous owners had dogs and Im allergic to the hair which is on the car ceiling. I have tried to get it off but just cant, so want to find some kind of Self Adhesive sheet or fabric I can just hold up and rub my hand into it onto the ceiling and it will stay there nice and flat and not fall down during temperature changes ie Summer, winter etc??

I have found these

But unsure if they will hold and stick.

ALso what type of material is the car ceiling does anyone know? I have a nissan micra twister, it feels kind of rough? cant figure it out?

Different type question. I don't think you'll solve this totally that way. Have the car professionally cleaned. If you are seriously allergic to something left in that car by animals or whatever it could be near impossible to get it all out with irritants in unseen places. Happens - folks need to get rid of cars over things like that,

You should be able to get a whole new headliner installed for less than $200.

I would agree with hammer time you can just replace the whole thing for a cheaper price compared with just covering it up.
