1995 econoline fuel filter replacment?

1995 econoline fuel filter replacment? Sign In
I am trying to change fuel filter on 1995 ford econoline e-350 It appered that the fuel lines were held on by push on retaining clips but after removing the retaining clips I still cannot seem to get the fuel lines to come off the filter. Do I need a special tool?
