Update: what kind of attorney? 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Van; Mechanic rebuilt trans 3x!

I'm the one that has the mechanic that has been working on the transmission of my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Van for 2 months...(see original post below). I gave him a week to get the transmission fixed. I was amazed that at the end of the week when I contacted him he said it was fixed! He said he had taken the trans apart and checked everything again and found that the trans pump was faulty so he replaced it and it drove fine. I picked it up yesterday, drove it home, (20 min.) and parked it. Today I drove it into town, (30 min). Once I got into stop and go traffic the trans started slipping again - doing the exact thing it did in the first place. it wouldn't "shift" into it's different gears at all. I had to drive it back home at 25rpms. I called him and said I want a refund. He said he wasn't authorized to give a refund and he would work on it again. If he hasn't been able to fix it in 2 1/2 months I don't think he will be able to fix it period! Could someone tell me what kind of attorney I should get? Original post read: 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Van; Mechanic rebuilt trans 3x! It has approx. 150,000 miles. It has a 3.6 L engine. The transmission started slipping...I'd be stopped and when I'd start to go the van wouldn't move. Finally, it would jump forward and go. The mechanic found a cracked fly wheel when he removed the first "rebuilt transmission". He replaced the fly wheel, rebuilt the transmission, and installed it. That fixed nothing…the van had the same problem. Since then, he has rebuilt another transmissions using "Dodge parts", etc.. He finally could drive my van this last time he rebuilt the transmission. He said, "it did ok while it was cold. When it got hot, it started making a funny sound, then it sounded like something broke. He checked the transmission fluid and it was a silver, metallic color and he found metal shavings in the transmission fluid. The transmission is computer controlled and he's done what the computer told him to do but it just won't work. He was recommended to me, he has a 2 stall shop, and he only works on transmissions. He says he's never had this happen before. I'm 62 years old, my husband has medical problems, and I have been without my van for 2 months - plus. I have already paid him $2700. Can someone please give me some advice as to what may have happened to the transmission, or what I should do? Thank you.
