In short i put a JDM D15B with an EX tranny with 90k miles...It had no oil( i found out later)...and i used my old clutch that was all the way down to the rivets in the clutch disk...i drove it for like 30 minutes and drove fast to test the speed...i went to my friends house(it was fine, shifted great), let it sit and when i tried to turn it back on the engine or tranny made a horrible grinding noise...sounded like HUGE GEARS GRINDING TOGETHER i swear to GOD it was so loud it was hurting my ears...I couldnt shift into any gear from neutral..even with the clutch pressed in i couldnt go into any gear...when i depressed the clutch my pedal started shaking and the noise got louder and my rpms started to drop...My friend Forced it into 4th and it got stuck then the car stalled but stuck in gear i turned it on and it poped into neutral...i got it home and filled it with oil...stil the noise but now when i tried to shift the rpms would drop. For example i tried to shift into first, the gears would grind and my rpms would drop and my Speedometer began to move...(The noise was still there even at idle and got louder at low rpms and very rough but when i reved it would still be there but faster repetition) i can only shift into gears when the car is off..

I hate to say this but it sound like you may need another trans....it don't take much to destroy a transmission
