Transmission SCREECHING

screeching noise started to happen maybe 2000 miles ago. Happens very randomly but usually starts up if I drive the car hard. Sometimes goes weeks without making a noise. Noise instantly goes away when I depress the clutch pedal, even just an inch, but comes right back when I take my foot off the clutch. https://youtu.be/snFurV3U-V8 (Link is to a youtube video I uploaded of the noise that is occurring.) Car is a 2004 civic Si by the way.

Why are you so hard on the thing first and why did you wait 2,000 miles to find out what it is? It's not going to heal. For a two second video my guess is possibly a pilot bearing/bushing. If so trans is coming out to fix that and time to change out or a good look at the clutch. To me pilot bearings are rare to make noise and think most likely from a lousy clutch job along the way, T
