Jeep T355 Input Shaft Help

Jeep T355 Input Shaft Help Sign In
I am replacing the input shaft bearing on my 2012 Compass with the T355 manual transmission. Upon removing the bearing, I noticed a lot of metal shavings and a loose/bent piece of metal inside the shaft. I want to get a replacement, but have no idea what they are. # 4 & 5 in the picture.


Also, they are the 2 parts that come along with the input shaft in this picture:
