Honda Accord 2003 Burnt Clutch.. Replace tran?

Hey guys. Basically I made a mistake awhile ago and manually shifted my car into gear when there was no pressure in the hydraulic clutch. I drove this way for awhile, until eventually I could no longer shift into 2nd, and I would hear a grinding noise when shifting into 3rd, 2nd, and 4th, even after I replaced the master cylinder and restored pressure the grinding still happened. I also rode the clutch due to inexperience, etc. Well eventually I smelt a burning rubber smell and the car would violently stop shifting so I had it checked out. The clutch is burnt out, no surprise. I'm wondering, do I need to replace the clutch AND the transmission, or just the clutch? I would prefer the cheapest route I can to get my Honda back on the road. Also, any resources to get a used transmission I could try if I need it? Thanks for the help!

Please take no offense buddy but if you can't drive a standard shift what makes you think you'll replace one totally, trans, clutch and who knows what more? IDK - Want to check some pricing at local salvage (junk) yards and find out who in your area will help or does install used major components like this? Some salvage yards may install what they sell. Are you possibly equipped for this yourself and have experienced help to do this? T
