4 speed dodge caravan transmission

 2001 dodge caravan shifts through all gears except 4th gear and won't go into 4th no matter what i do checked the codes and all i get is p0700 any suggestions
also getting a p0605 code assum has something to do with fuel vapor system but can't find that code

sounds like trans module p0700 is trans control system mil and p0605 is a ROM (read only memory) internal logistics problem listen for a short whine or fast clicking noise when putting into gear
