Recently, I noticed that my car’s coasting speed is higher than normal. On downhills/flat roads, my car coasts faster than all other cars on the road. It causes me to have to brake excessively as I always “catch up” to cars in front of me, even though I am not applying gas at all.

Additionally, my cruise control also isn’t working properly anymore. It is no longer slowing down on downhills.

Finally, in the past week, the gear shift got stuck on Park several times. I was able to shift it out of Park by rocking my car back and forth.

About 2 months ago, I changed my rear brake pads, and swapped the front and rear tires prior to these problems. Does anyone have any experience or know what the problem may be?

The car is a 2011 Honda CRV LX model with 88K miles.

That's quite a list of issues. Cruise isn't working? I bet is of stuck AND probably brake lights don't work.
Don't force shifter's out of park and not sure what you mean by "rocking it" - you mean getting out of the car or what?
For now take a look how cruise holds throttle or controls it if just maybe even a cable those are not usually meant to slow the car down rather just quit adding power and RPMs which is probably too high now.
Default on those is about always to shut off.
Unmetered air or even a throttle plate not shutting would hold throttle up bet it must be.
Brake light switch, some complicated shut off cruise even if it's on and working is the most common way.
These are OK cars generally absent of these issues to me lower miles so what happened to it? Is this a rough example of one of these or worse a fixed up wreck?
IDK if moving tires around caused this nor properly working on rear brakes if so doubt related just BTW,

Hello,
May also want to look at TPS, I had a CRV where shifter would not come out park and the TPS Sensor was no good, reading to high at an Idle Gary
