hi um i just recently go this car. rebuilt title. everything was fine the first few days. then it started to become jumpy even when i pressed on the brakes or was in idle. now when driving it takes forever to speed up and when it does it slugs to maybe 21 miles per hour no matter how hard i push the gas then eventually it goes to maybe 50 mph. idk much about cars.
milage is a little under 70000 mi.
was said to have a new engine and transmission but now idk.

You put this in the "Transmission" section but guess we don't know where it should be or I don't.
Engine and trans aren't likely new just swapped out for used it's a "Salvage Car" to me it's called might defeat any warranty or not depends on how purchased and where now?
It's either defaulting to a limp mode or just a mess of poor work or bad luck getting it all back to sell it as a running car again.

The big question is now how long ago and did it have any warranty still possibly in effect? Let's take it from there,

Hello,
I would have this scanned see if any codes are present, this may give direction. Gary
