2003 Ford Tuarus Transmission noise Sign In

Hello and thanks for reading.
I have a 2003 Ford Taurus and makes a grinding noise only in park. It seems to only happen on an incline. Any thoughts?
it is a continuous grinding noise, not very loud but you can definitely hear it. Again only in PARK. It seems to only happen on an incline such as my driveway. or at least you can hear it far better on an incline. Thanks, any info would be appreciated.

Check all the mounts on the engine and transmission carefully to see if any are worn or broken. It sounds like the weight of the car is slightly shifting the drivetrain enough for metal to metal contact between the drivetain and the chassis to transmit engine vibration. Even the exhaust system grounding can do this. Make sure the exhaust has sufficient clearance everywhere when the car is sitting on the ground, not jacked up.
