Hello everyone! I have a 02 Accord, 4cyl, 4 speed that I'm having issues with. It has 232k miles and the tranny was replaced with a used one about 35k miles ago (used one had 40k on it.) So when coming to a stop the car bucks/Jerks really bad. Shifting from a stop and everything else seems to be fine. I had code P0740 when I read the check engine light, I have checked the 2 solenoid screens on the tranny and they where perfectly clean. The fluid was full and I also added a bottle of Lucas transmission stop slip. Both showed no improvement. Any ideas? Thanks for the help, maximum respect!

Hello, With the P0740, there is a problem in the converter clutch clutch circuit, the converter can no longer fully lock -up . Could be issue with converter itself or something else like a partly clogged filter. Very common code, points to internal issue. I get 1 to 2 Hondas a week in my shop, Every week. Gary
