Wobbling/bouncing feeling at low speeds -Chryslee 300 2006

Recently the car wobbles/shimmies at low speeds, can feel slightly in steering wheel. Becomes significantly less noticeable at higher speeds.
Have lifted and see there is horizontal play and less significant vertical play in the front right tire. On the front left tire there is some horizontal play but almost no vertical play.
Having trouble understanding if the problem is with tie rods, lower control arms, or the wheel bearings and how best to determine.
Took it to a mechanic to check but they recommended tires and wouldn't go on to diagnose the other problems until after replacing them, even though I requested a full estimate

He was most likely correct. It sounds like a belt separation in one of the tires.
If you get the front wheels off the ground and run the engine in drive, you should see the deformity clearly as the wheel turns. Just use caution that the car is on stable jack stands.

Thank you for your input! I am not in disagreement. I'm already planning on replacing all of the tires. I just want to know how best to diagnose the play I feel when moving the wheel/tire with my hands so that I can anticipate the other repairs I need to do, and maybe attempt to make them myself.
To clarify my issue for anyone reading this further.
What I've gathered/am assuming so far:
- Tires do need replacing
- Front right wheel bearing is likely bad or going bad considering there is both vertical and horizontal play. (Is this a good assumption?)
What is confusing is whether other parts are worn considering that when I grasp and move the front right wheel:
1.) I can see different parts (tie rod, rearward lower control arms) slightly moving along with it
2.) But, these parts don't move when I grasp and firmly try to shake them by hand or when I tried to move them by lightly using a pry bar
3.) Also, the bushings for the upper control arm, rearward lower control arm, and tie rods seem intact. Front lower control bushing seems a little squashed but is in place and not obviously torn.
Because I see them move along with the wheel when I shake it back and forth, does that mean they are worn also?

I'm with Hammer thinking tires the issue first. How is wear and how good are you rotating them on time, more if lousy roads?
You can try moving them just fronts to back, same side (mark what you did to remember) and see if it's gone, better or worse. If any it's tires but don't rule out more yet tires tell of certain issues if looked at carefully the "bouncing" if you can make it do that parked is struts/shock absorption has quit working,

We can't tell you what parts are worn over the Internet. Someone has to physically look and see which part has the movement.
If I were to take wild guesses, the inner tie rods would be high on my list.

Same, just saying the obvious. In person, properly knowing how to check for wear on a whole assortment of front-end and suspension parts.
Plain worn joints can be capable of a smooth driving vehicle road type + surface, tires, wheels even brakes if uneven all need be known right.
Loose/worn doesn't act up till aggravated.
If you end up finding a lot of worn items begs the question what happened to this thing?
I/we haven't said yet this has to end up with a full comprehensive alignment alone doesn't cause joints + more to wear so much as really ruin tires and kept driving it way too long with a problem?? Tom
