My 2009 Ford Flex is pulling to both sides during acceleration and deceleration. After installation of new ball joint on driver side by a dealership. It can be scary at time it will pull or drift side to side for no apparent reason.

A new ball joint calls for an alignment job I would expect you would be asked to get that done dealer or not clearly understand it needed to at least be known if right (they never are) right away. Other is the list if this just showed up right then what the scene. Tire pressure, condition and size really must be the same and what the vehicle calls for. Anything else happen at the same time? If you don't have a copy it's in alignment find out why NOT a copy is for YOU, T (edited in to add) Lots of assorted reasons a vehicle can pull - brakes, suspension must be good and should have all been checked with any responsible alignment. Not all shops even dealerships for new cars have their own take care of it or tell you this mandates that done)
