Big o tires alignment warranty problem

"Alignment has a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty and may be redone within that period providing nothing has been bent, broken, worn out, or replaced after alignment" When I got my alignment done, I had a bunch of cargo in my van. Stuff that is usually there because it also functions as a camper van. Turns out my rear right camber was off. I went into big o' tires to get my alignment redone within those perimeters and they asked me why I wanted to get it redone. I told them that I had emptied out my van's cargo and wanted to get the alignment redone. The front desk person instantly shut me down and told me they are definitely not going to do that and they stand by their original work. What gives?

Cargo TOTALLY matters with alignments! If always there and you leave it (if substantial) align to it when adjustable by understanding that's the way it will be most of the time. > #1 - they should have just done it if policy and forget details IMO too but once and surprised they do that at all you can throw off alignment on your way out of there the first time. No make, model needed this is generic. IF a vehicle is random use with loads this is going to change alignment but hope stays in general spec or just maybe over limits? IF this is what this will see and I do suggest on many vehicles that owners rotate tires around and know where they were and will go VERY much more often than any routine listed. It at least helps if you began with a new set get them all to wear the same over X # of miles hope for no surprises with unfixable flats or other perils. Back to my opinion - they advertise that they should just do it and shut up the wear isn't surprising, T

I have one question. Why did you have it aligned with a load in it if you knew it wasn't permanent and you knew it effected the wheel alignment. They gave you a warranty on their work, not a free ticket to modify the van and expect them to be responsible for that. They didn't sell you two alignments. They sold you one with a guarantee that their adjustments wouldn't change. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
