So, this problem started last night. It's a rhythmic knock coming from the rear left portion of the car. It gets faster as the car speeds up, and it does not knock when the car is still. The knocking doesn't get worse when going over bumps, but it seems to get worse the less weight there is on the rear suspension (less noise when going uphill, more when going down). Since the problem started I've driven the car less than 10 miles, and I feel it's gotten noticeably worse in that time. I attached a video below of the sound. My low tire light is on, but it's just a sensor. My tires are pumped and not worn. The car has almost 132,000 miles. I got it at about 122k, no suspension parts have been replaced since I've owned it. Is there any chance I can get by driving this for another 100 miles or so before going to the shop? Thanks. https://youtu.be/08vbAH_AqXc

Do everything you can to check that one and other side's wheel bearing NOW. Don't expect free-play but if there is isn't all over now and dangerous. Many you will not be sure till taken apart and in your hands feel the slightest gritty feel but spins freely? New will not till used so can't compare it. Good is no feel of anything or noise in hand. On vehicle some other things make some noise too - brakes would be one. Sport: There's never any way know how far you could go "for sure" with anything so forget a guess on that. So far it seem to do it more with less weight is opposite what most bad bearings would do but still a strong clue. Don't ignore it any longer, T

I don't hear a thing in that video. There are a number of things that can be causing that noise in the rear and none of them are minor issues. You could have something falling apart in the brakes so it is imperative that this gets looked at with the wheel removed ASAP. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You do have to turn the volume up pretty damn loud to hear it, but the more I look into this I'm understanding it is not a minor issue at all. I'll jack up the car a little later, rotate the rear left wheel and see if the sound is still there. From there I'll call my mechanic, see what's up. Hopefully I can drive the few miles to get it home.
