Hello friends! This is a problem that has been plaguing me (and getting worse) for a while, so any and all help is so greatly appreciated- my job is driving!

Car info:
2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8L S
~230k miles
Replaced passenger shock/strut assembly 1 day ago, done myself
Replaced passenger CV ~2 months ago, done myself
Replaced passenger control arm ~2 years ago (before this started, & done by a mechanic)
Replaced both control arms ~3y ago, done myself

Issue info:
I will do my best to have a video of it soon.
It feels like my front passenger suspension has two "positions" that it shifts between. One runs fine enough, but often when I turn, brake, or accelerate, I will fele something large shift and click- and then the ride becomes bumpy, or shaky, and I have to pump the brakes/accelerator until it shifts back into place.
This "out of place" feel and the shift that leads to it has been increasing not only in frequency, but also in the amount of speeds it affects. Months ago, I was fine If I kept it under 45mph... now, I need ro kepe it under 25mph, and that is just not feasible.

I will gladly provide any other info, videos or photos necessary- I just want to get this fixed!

First off be super careful till this is found and fixed!
You seem to have a good grip on DIYing things can still possibly be missing something.
Driving all the time is fine the miles are up there also perhaps lots of stops and starts.
So just some ideas of what would even possibly do that somewhat escapes me that it's not obvious and might be if you check the proper way.


* Try with hood open alone or best with a competent helper brake stand it forward and reverse. By that I mean in gear apply brakes hard but don't move I want engine/trans as a unit to be under load not moving. Watch for motor/trans mounts having too much motion or move and stay then go back if you let go.
Be smart stand (if watching with helper) to the sides if for any reason car took off don't be hit or let it hit anything.
All this "new stuff" needs be verified good. Ball joints please check two ways. Lift by control arm and pry up on wheel/tire for any motion then again hoisted by the lip where there should be a notch behind front wheels where the OE jack would go is a hoisting spot. Test again for the ball joint and anything that moves even control arm bushings? Newer or not make sure those a right.


If you find nothing good grief get a quick check at a competent shop it has to be found and known I can't guess the fix how difficult till it's known what can cause this. GOOD LUCK,
