No heat - 94 Buick Roadmaster

Alright fellas, I'm stumped. I have a 1994 Buick Roadmaster Wagon (5.7L V8 w/180K) This has been a long and very cold journey.... last year I replaced the heater core and blend door. This year, the car sat for a couple weeks while I replaced the brake lines, exhaust and a couple other odds & ends. In that time, I had someone take up residence in the blower motor and didn't find out 'til I turned the heat on this fall and it made an awful noise. I dropped the blower out of the dash and found out that someone had built a nest little jerk... I've since cleaned out the blower motor, replaced the resistor because I broke one of the prongs off. Double checked the coolant level, I've got two hot hoses going to and from the core, the blend door is working freely and the blower motor works better than now. I hear the AC compressor kick on and the accumulator is frosty cold..... So I'm truly stumped.

If you have 2 hot heater hoses and cold air flowing, then you still have a blend door problem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

The blend door actuator was missing a screw and wasn't completely attached. I moved the blend door with my hand but seemed a bit sticky but now moves freely. Reattached and tightened it down and I now have heat! Thanks for all your help!
