94 civic blower not working

I have a 94 Honda Civic Lx with a problem. A few months ago I started my car to release my blower wasn't blowing. I tried all the settings with no results. After about 10 minutes however it came back on. A few weeks ago the same problem occurred except this time it took about 20 minutes for it to start up. A few days ago it happened again but it wouldn't start up all day until yesterday. It worked for about 45 minutes driving time until cutting out after the engine turned off and I started the car again. Any ideas what the problem could be . haven't replaced anything just looking for some ideas. Thanks
