I'm just hoping maybe you might suggest a connector because I've checked them all (wiggle) and all is well again... but for how long. Everything was working just dandy and I stopped and parked the car at my destination. When I came back out and started the car the speedometer got jumpy, the engine and abs lights were lit. With all this, the breaks worked GREAT and nothing else seemed to be wrong except for those lights and speedometer. Before going back home I checked the oil and that was good. If this is a loose connection somewhere I don't see it. I'd like to focus on the jumpy speedometer. Where does it get it's signal? Maybe I could start there. Thanks. The speedo is driven by a mechanical cable. If frayed there were inserts, aftermarket or you need whole cable and case. They sell cable lube if you get that out but suggest a smear of grease the length of it save the case if not a bird's nest mess if you get cable out. ABS and other confusion is probably early OBDI or II in this model year BUICKs only. Drum brakes sometimes used the magnet sensor inside drum just air blow it out and run for you life that dust is deadly! REALLY don't allow breathing that. If it doesn't get info on speed of car vs speed of a wheel you'll get ABS warnings. 1995? It probably has rear drum brakes make dust you are supposed to dump that out about twice a year an not another human or tech on Planet Earth knows that, nor is it on any routine service list you just have to know it!
